Responsibilities


Finance Administration


The finance administration conducts research and analysis, and makes recommendations regarding the financial condition of the City.

Accounting


Accounting maintains the accounting records as well as the computerized accounting system. It also processes accounts payable/receivable and payroll.

Utility Billing and Customer Services


Utility billing is responsible for timely billing and collection of water and wastewater revenues, as well as providing courteous and efficient customer service.

Revenue Collection/Cash Receipting


Revenue collection is responsible for collecting revenues for all City operations.

Budget


This department assists in the preparation of the annual budget. It also administers budget transfers and monitors the City’s financial performance through budget controls.
